September 2002 Note: many of these links no longer reach guild websites.
Many of the guilds on Bristlebane are joining together to form a joint council to promote communication between the guilds.
Drethlor has set up a discussion forum for us at his Catacombs Website . (navigate the "catacombs" until you find the "Norrathian Council Chambers" topic)

Agenda
Concept for discussion:
(Proposal by Balar)
/roleplay good & /roleplay evil - modify the roleplay command so
that players can select to "roleplay" good or evil. This would allow
"roleplayers" to attack each other (only good vs evil). Also to discourage
"Player Killing" every "murder" should cost the victor 1/4 bubble
of experience. This should deter players from senseless murder.
Also /roleplay off restores you to your normal non-attackable status for
when you don't wish to be roleplaying. This is a reasonable compromise
between PvP (and the resulting PKing problems) and the current system that
virtually prevents roleplaying conflicts. Just to make it clear:
ONLY
roleplaying characters could be attacked! Anyone that doesn't want
to participate would leave roleplay off and play like normal.
This switch should not display "good" or "evil" above a character (perhaps it should via a color coding). The primary purpose is for targeting in large events. A player that has chosen to "/roleplay good" will not be able to target and harm another "/roleplay good" player.
Verant should be able to use their normal experience gain calculation only in reverse (ie killing someone loses you experience rather than gaining). I'd like to see killing a "green" player cost seriously (several bubbles of exp), while killing a "red" player would hardly hurt your experience at all. Once again this would promote team roleplaying and not single player vs single player murder.
