ATT_DESERT - MOT, MECH, L ARM, ARM adjusted from -40% penalty to -30% penalty (desert warfare is ideal for mobile warfare, relatively static infantry are at a disadvantage)

ATT_RIVER - "Infantry type" divisions (INF, CAV, GARR, HQ, MIL) decreased penalty from -50% to -40%; "Mobile" divisions (MOT,MECH, L ARM, ARM) decreased penalty from -66% to -51%; Mountain divisions adjusted from -20% penalty to -40% (same as infantry).

ATT_NIGHT - for all ground units changed from -80% to -90%. Night is a "lull" in combat.

DEF_NIGHT - for all ground units changed from -33% to -90% (no difference between the penalty for attackers vs defenders at night - night is now basically a "quiet" time for combat.) It's still a better idea to launch an offensive during the morning daylight hours to gain a small advantage and to not "tip off" the defender before you can do some damage.

All movement per terrain type adjusted!
