(None of these are implemented as of Feb 15, 2003)

German Commander Hausser - why is he a "5"? I can find no reference to him.

German Commander Halder - very disloyal, perhaps reduce loyalty rating to 4? Conservative, probably should change from "offensive" to "defensive" (maybe old guard?).

German Commander Kesselring (land version) - probably deserves a skill rating of 4.

Swiss Commander Guisan - probably give him defensive doctrine (and potentially a few other Swiss commanders should have defensive and/or winter).

Norway's economy is too harsh (unplayable)

Switzerland's economy is too harsh (unplayable)

Switzerland - change one wing of tactical bombers to one wing of fighters (Switzerland had 50 Me109s they purchased from the Germans and actually shot down 11 German planes while only losing three of their own).
